Our Story

From Frisco to Gunter, the same recipe the whole way.

Andrea's actually got its start back in 2005, on Highway 289 in Frisco. It was one of our regulars — a Gunter local — who first told us about a small town a little further north on that same highway, and said it might be worth a look for a family restaurant like ours.

We took him up on it in 2010, moved the whole operation north to Gunter, and we've been here on the corner ever since — watching the town grow a little more with every year that passes. My dad has been making this food since the 1980s, back when he owned a pizza franchise out in California, and that same recipe followed him all the way to Texas. Coming to Gunter turned out to be one of the best moves we ever made, for the family and for the business both.
